In all cases of upgrading always backup your database, journal, ini, media folder and reports folder.
Upgrading to Version 2.3 is a free upgrade anything beyond version 2.3 will be dictated to by your license code and could incur a charge
If you are not sure if the version you are updating to is compatible with your current version please ask Sensor Access before proceeding.
