The corresponding card codes exist in the controller database but are unknown in the software database.


→ Check that the card has the status 'Used' in the Badge screen and belongs to someone.


→ Initialize the controller when the installation is not hard-working, for synchronizing the controller database with the software one.


→ The maximum number of cards may have been reached on the controller. Please contact us.
