Enhancements
Infrastructure
- The MEGA4 and MEGA4-D4 controller types have been reinstated and can now be selected in the
Infrastructure screen.
Emulator
- For ease of use, tooltips have been added to the GuardPoint10 Emulator GUI.
- Reader numbers and Input numbers will now appear in the Emulator table. The table will be sorted by their displayed numbers.
- An Add Readers button and Add Inputs button have been added to the Emulator GUI to add event rows for Access Granted, Access Denied, and Alarms for each controller.
Cardholders
- A new Excel spreadsheet has been created that includes a version control number in the top-left cell
(A:1). The version control number will be used during the import process to verify that the selected
spreadsheet is compatible with the current GuardPoint10 installation.
MultiSite
- The Selected Sites Count label in the User screen is now available for translation via a language resx file or already translated.
Active Directory (AD)
- An Active Directory Mapping control has been added to the Profile screen’s Authorization tree under Management > Cardholders.
- When mapping the AD attribute accountExpires, the date format is automatically converted to the
same date/time format as the cardholder property Expiration date (Valid To).
Bug Fixes
General
- Fixed: Global Reflex: Reports emailed, via the global reflex action Create Template-based report, are now consistently sent when the action is triggered.
- Fixed: API: Validate existing invalid cardholders via the Update cardholder Call or the Validate Cardholder from now Call will now create a task for the operation and refresh the GuardPoint10 Cardholders screen table in the GUI.
- Fixed: The AcsNMService now automatically restarts after restoring a database.
- Fixed: At the Restart ACS Services (recurring) restart time, the UI will consistently remain open and functional.
- Fixed: After successfully restoring a database via the GuardPoint10 Options screen, the AcsNMService will now automatically restart.
- Fixed: Controller communication has been made more consistent and stable.
- Fixed: OTIS Lift: When a disconnection / reconnection event occurs between the Compass box and GuardPoint10, only one message will now appear in the log.
- Fixed: OTIS Lift: the NM log no longer fills with an unusually large number of OTIS Lift-related errors after a disconnection with the Security Box of COMPASS.
Previously, multiple messages like ‘Unable to Deserialize job of type ACS.NetworksAgent’ appeared, which may have resulted in a wrong connection status indicator in the Infrastructure screen and lots of records in the ‘Log’ table of the Journal database leading the slowness of the NM service. - Fixed: OTIS Lift: Values saved in a reader’s Lift tab will now display correctly after closing and reopening the GuardPoint10 GUI.
- Fixed: OTIS Lift: GuardPoint10 is now able to apply the right mode of the OTIS DET readers after a disconnection with the Security Box of COMPASS or after a mode change request.
Cardholder
- Fixed: With the Options screen settings: Allow duplicate names set to YES and Unique cardholder number required set to NO, the import process will now treat a cardholder with an empty Number cell as a unique value.
This will aid the system when determining whether the imported cardholder, with a duplicate name, to an existing cardholder is a new cardholder or an update for the existing cardholder. - Fixed: In the Cardholders screen’s Action bar, buttons will now consistently remain active regardless of changes made to a cardholder.
- Fixed: After the cardholder import process is completed and confirmed, the Import Cardholders popup will now consistently close automatically.
- Fixed: A Cardholder Report displayed in a right-to-left language will now export to PDF in a right-to-left format.
- Fixed: An unidentified cardholder anomaly will no longer cause a UI crash when opening the cardholder's details popup.
- Fixed: A cardholder's details popup will now consistently open with a Personal tab.
Video
- Fixed: The Video Security filter setting Show only access denied records is now applied to the entire session and not just the current instance of the open Video Security screen. After the Video Security screen is reopened, the checkbox settings in the UI now accurately reflex the actual setting.
- Fixed: The playback function with Qognify NVR works correctly.
MultiSite
- Fixed: ELSGW and KONE Lift: A previously shared floor that is no longer share with other sites will now successfully update any impacted ELSGW or KONE Lift Access Group (LAG).
Galaxy
- Fixed: After reconnecting a previously disconnected Galaxy panel, a Comm OK message will now appear in the Event Log.
