Finding the Licence Number and Activating a Licence

Instructions for finding the Licence Number when ordering a new licence or upgrading:

1. Open Guardpoint 10 and click on Help, Licence.


2. Copy the Licence Number on the left side of the screen.


3. Send us the number along with your order.

Instruction to activate the Licence serial code:

1. Open Guardpoint 10 and click on Help, Licence.


2. Copy the Licence code from our email and paste it into the Serial-Code field.


3. Click on Activate and check your new license configuration on Registered License area.


4. If the Registered License area has not updated automatically, please click on Refresh.
