GPFusion Data Sheet

Introduction

GPFusion is a smart and efficient way to manage cardholders in GuardPoint 10, using nothing more than a spreadsheet. It removes the need for complex integrations or rigid HR system formats, allowing you to quickly create, invalidate, and remove users based on data you already have.

Whether you're onboarding a large group of staff or managing temporary access, GPFusion makes the process fast and consistent.

Perfect for scenarios where you need to manage users in bulk:

  • Create multiple users in one action – onboard large groups quickly using a single spreadsheet

  • Remove or deactivate users just as easily – clean up access in bulk when it’s no longer required

  • Reduce manual admin  avoid repetitive data entry and minimise errors when handling large volumes of users

Simple to configure, easy to use, and highly adaptable, GPFusion gives you full control over your access data.

When to use GPFusion

  • New site go-live / system migration
Bulk import all staff into GuardPoint 10 from an existing list, avoiding manual setup.

  • Mass onboarding events
Quickly create access for large groups (new hires, agency staff, contractors) in one step.

  • Leavers / offboarding batches
Deactivate or delete multiple users at once when people leave, keeping the system secure and up to date.

  • Contractor churn
Regularly add and remove short-term workers without building up inactive or outdated records.

  • Data clean-up exercises
Remove old, unused, or duplicate cardholders to keep the database tidy and efficient.

  • Third-party or HR data alignment
Use exported spreadsheets from HR/payroll systems to reflect real-world staffing changes in bulk.

Using GPFusion

You will need GP10-API in order to use GPFusion

The GPFusion tool takes your spreadsheet and either Creates, Deactivates or Deletes Cardholders. The relevant fields are determined within the config file:

  • Creating New CardHolders [Create_Mapping]

  • Deactivating CardHolders [Invalidate_Mapping]

  • Removing CardHolders [Delete_Mapping]

Note: The GPFusion tool is still in the early stages of development, and further functionality will be added in the future
